Based on Article 26-bis of the Italian Immigration Law, this visa is valid for 2 years and can be extended for an additional 3 years. It operates outside the annual quota system, meaning it is always available regardless of immigration caps.

- €250,000 in an "innovative"1 Italian startup
- €1,000,000 philanthropic donation in culture, education, research, or heritage

Application Process
The process begins by obtaining a Nulla Osta through the official Italian Investor Visa portal. Once the clearance is granted, you apply for the visa at the Italian consulate in your country of residence. After entering Italy, the investment must be completed within 3 months of arrival and maintained for the duration of the visa.

Tax Benefits
